maybe its better to reward loyal users which dont unstake from certain pool for a certain amount of time and make penalty for users that unstake soon, reward loyal users from penalty of others and keep the rest for platform . i think its a win-win game for cross pool and users

I really like the reward side of it, that's such a great idea. You could do something like your APR starts lower than normal and slowly ramps up to the max once you've been staking XX days. I haven't done any math on it, but could be a great way to turn the usual negative perception of fees into a positive.
